  IEHOG Chapter Elections – Nominations Now Open!

Hey IEHOG Family,

It’s that exciting time of year again — Chapter Elections!
At our November Chapter Meeting on Thursday, November 13th, 2025, we’ll be holding nominations and voting for your 2026 Chapter Officers.

Positions open for elections include:

Director – Upholds the Chapter Charter and bylaws, conducts meetings, and coordinates Chapter Officer responsibilities.
Assistant Director – Promotes membership, oversees orientation and retention, manages chapter patches, and keeps members informed of H.O.G. programs.
Secretary – Maintains meeting minutes, annual reports on HOG.com, insurance and legal documentation, event and enrollment releases.
Treasurer – Collects and disburses Chapter funds, provides monthly financial reports to the Dealer/HOG Manager, and ensures compliance with all financial and reporting requirements.

How to Nominate:
If you’d like to nominate someone (or even step up yourself!), please be sure to get their permission first before submitting their name.

Your participation keeps our Chapter strong and thriving — this is your opportunity to help shape the direction of IEHOG for 2026 and beyond!
